Disneyland has added new warning signs around Tiana’s Bayou Adventure following multiple recent occurrences of guests not following ride safety rules. The signs now clearly state, “Remain seated at all times. Failure to stay seated will result in removal from the park.” Formerly, the signs read “MAY result in being asked to leave the park. Disneyland is celebrating its hometown with a massive community event called the “Happiest Day in Anaheim,” featuring surprise pop-up treat stops, character appearances, and family fun across local neighborhoods. To kick things off, Disney VoluntEARS have already surprised over 2,000 local kids and families at area community centers and camps with special treats and giveaways. Disneyland just officially broke ground on its massive new Eastern Gateway project, which will introduce a multi-level parking structure with over 6,000 spaces and a brand-new transportation hub to the east side of the resort. Joined by Anaheim city leaders and construction partners, resort president Jill Estorino celebrated the milestone, highlighting how the overhaul will feature a dedicated pedestrian bridge over Harbor Boulevard to completely transform and streamline the guest arrival experience.
