The pathway connecting Cars Land and Avengers Campus at Disney California Adventure has reopened after being closed since April 2025 for construction. The International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions has announced its 2026 Hall of Fame class, which includes original Disney Imagineer Bob Gurr, along with Chip Cleary, Jeffrey Ellis, and Miguel Quintana Pali. Gurr helped develop several Disneyland attractions, including the Monorail, Matterhorn Bobsleds, and Autopia. Even though we are only a couple of weeks into the Halloween Season at the parks, Disneyland has already announced The Holidays at the Disneyland Resort. The festivities will return November 13, 2026, through January 6, 2027. World of Color – Season of Light will return to Disney California Adventure after sitting out last year for the Disneyland 70th anniversary celebration. Other returning favorites include A Christmas Fantasy Parade and Believe… in Holiday Magic fireworks at Disneyland, and more. The Main Street Cinema has reopened at Disneyland following a refurbishment, now showing modern Mickey Mouse cartoons on all six screens. On the Disneyland Railroad, Primeval World has also reopened after more than two months of refurbishment, with restored dinosaur figures and updated lighting. The Grand Canyon Diorama, which comes just before Primeval World, remains closed behind construction walls, and Disney has not announced a reopening date for that section.
