We knew it was coming. The fuel rod kiosks around Disneyland will start charging for swaps starting on November 1st. To get a fresh battery pack will now cost $3 a swap, in addition to the initial purchase price of $30. It seems to have been forever since there has been a relatively clear path into Tomorrowland (in fact, even before we were there in August!), but it looks to be getting closer to completion. Forms for the sidewalk and planters have been put in place and are ready for concrete to be poured. It appears that Disney would like this completed before the Christmas season starts. – https://www.micechat.com/240684-disneyland-update-charging-more-turning-on-the-holidays/
One of the slowest moving projects at the resort has been the completion of the Adventureland sign. This week a few additional decorations were added to the structure, including masks that are being used to disguise the light fixtures. The lighting is also angled in such a way that the sign is slightly harder to read at night. There is plenty of room for more decorative touches. – https://www.micechat.com/240684-disneyland-update-charging-more-turning-on-the-holidays/
