The launch of the new Lorcana Curator’s Collection – Heroines Edition drew massive, unprecedented crowds as collectors and buyers rushed to get the highly anticipated set. Demand at Disneyland filled the queue within the first hour of park opening, leaving many latecomers unable to join. To mark 50 years of partnership between Disney and Dole, Disneyland just dropped a cute new souvenir Dole Whip cup. The partnership actually started back in 1976 when Dole began sponsoring The Enchanted Tiki Room—a few years before Dole Whips even debuted at the parks. Disneyland marked its 71st birthday with a charming celebration that gave parkgoers a chance to celebrate. The highlight was a birthday version of the “Celebrate Happy Cavalcade,” complete with colorful balloons, a rainbow cake, and a crowd sing-along to honor the park.
