Magic Key holders won’t likely have an opportunity to go to the parks the rest of this calendar year as the reservation calendar has no availability. Disney100 doesn’t officially launch until next month, but the merchandise is already available at Disneyland, Walt Disney World and online at shopDisney.com. Reports from Weeklyteers who were in the parks noted that some of the merchandise was selling out quick, without even seeing it on other guests walking around. – https://www.micechat.com/341116-disney100-platinum-merchandise-collection-disney-parks/

Guest utilizing the Genie+ service at the parks will notice some changes that just recently launched. Lightning Lane reservations can now be swapped to another reservation without first having to cancel the existing reservation in case the Lightning Lane that you were swapping to becomes unavailable, you won’t lose the original booking. Reservations can also be modified to remove members of a party without having to cancel. Note that these changes do not apply to individual (separately paid) Lightening Lane reservations as those are non-refundable and not eligible for modification. – https://www.disneyfoodblog.com/2022/12/08/new-genie-changes-now-live-on-disneyland-app/#more-752147

We have runtimes for the two new nighttime shows coming to the resort for the Disney100 celebration. “Wondrous Journeys,” the new fireworks show will run 13 minutes long, and “World of Color – One,” the new World of Color show will run 23-24 minutes. Wondrous Journeys will feature nods to every Walt Disney Animation Studios film to date. World of Color – One will feature how a single action creates a ripple that can grow into a wave of change. – https://dlnewstoday.com/2022/12/runtimes-announced-for-disney-100-years-of-wonder-wondrous-journeys-and-world-of-color-one-nighttime-spectaculars-at-disneyland-resort/?

Aviation fans will want to take notice of the Grizzly Peak Airfield plane that has just returned from refurbishment. The plane was taken to Flabob Airport in Riverside, California and painstakingly restored. A complete paint job was done and lights were added to the interior to show off the work done inside. – https://www.micechat.com/341757-disneyland-news-photo-update-what-could-be-worse-than-chapek/
