News:

There is no official word from Disney if the parks will be closed longer. When the parks close earlier this month, Disney had give April 1st as the re-opening date. Since then, there has been a statewide stay at home issued until April 19th suggesting the parks will be extending their closure until at least then. Another hint as to when the parks may reopen was that Disney quietly launched a hotel promotion for their resort hotels valid on stays from April 19th through June 18th. Stays must be booked now though May 31st. – https://www.micechat.com/254880-disneyland-update-the-painful-afterglow/

The Disneyland app had a routine update last week. This is something that usually isn’t noteworthy however after the update a new option was added on the menue. Any Weeklyteers have unused tabs left on your sip and savor pass? Good news for you, Disney has filed a permit with the city of Anaheim that suggest the Food and Wine Festival will be extended. Spring is here and that mean Dapper Days is just around the corner! Due to recent park closures, Dapper Days has announced that they are going to do things a little differently this year. According to their website, the Dapper Day outing that was originally scheduled for April 19th is still on! But just to be safe, they have scheduled an “encore” outing to take place on June 21st. Dapper Days has also decided to reschedule the expo from April 18-19 to June 20-21. The expo is scheduled to take place at the Disneyland Hotel. – https://www.disneyfoodblog.com/2020/03/23/news-disneyland-dapper-day-expo-rescheduled-and-encore-outing-announced/
